A young man goes into a bar and looks at a guy’s butt. The guy and his friend take the young man out to the parking lot and they beat him to death.

Plus, if someone beats another person to death...they do not do it because they are overcome with love.

The guy should have had his conceal and carry permit and thus avoided being beaten to death.

but that doesn't necessarily mean any kind of hate crime law would apply.
