You are right, he does just run around giving speeches. Obama has an insatiable need to be adored in the public eye. He craves that rock star adulation. He can't get that in an office or meeting room grinding out bipartisan solutions to US challenges.

Just like Obama, a town hall meeting with youth students so he can not get any tough questions. He needs to stay there and let someone else run our country.
