I am a former Law Enforcement fellow. I've had the displeasure of needing to look into some very unfortunate legal matters in my time and I've discovered some distressing facts.

Bear with my spelling I was College Prep in High School but I'm brain injured, having been shot on the job protecting the White house and in NYPD and in BPD and in the Game Wardens, etc.

Some of these bear on education issues.

The logic required to understand these issues is not easily mastered by the souced or stoned, so sober up if need be and read patiently:

People keep asking silly questions about why the economy is in the tank and why we are in debt to over 10 trillion in federal NOW, and etc. And people keep asking why does our government with all other things to worry about brood over "privatizing" the schools?

It's a propaganda / legal issue.

You've almost certainly lost "some" of your rights due to a Ron Reagan rhetorical argument.

Allow me to explain:

Ron found that the USSR had a constitution that did not permit redistribution of wealth but that the USSR was in fact opperating public schools with tax money. His people think even now that because he likened this act to klleptomania in public speeches prior to the 1980 election that that election "could be" seen as a referendum (there is no "clear definition of referendum in some neo-con minds).

In Short Ron said they were nuts and thus some hold that this is now a legal truth aproved by the Public.

And the argument against the USSR (now former) is of course valid in some mind sets when applied to the USA's Constitution.

So, ALL LIBERALS ARE NUTS TOO. And by that definition almost 99.98% of the USA is nuts and Liberal.

Cool huh?

And some courts call the insane as not belonging to the "protected property rights" holding class.

This means you could loose all if one of the .02% sane persons wants to gardian your estate and applies.

Now do you see why they made it an issue?
