Mortgage-related positions in San Antonio, TX

My boyfriend is a recruiter for a Randstad subsidiary that places people in IT jobs (like an employment or temp agency), but they currently have a high number of mortgage-related positions to fill with a large, reputable company. They are looking for experienced Closer/Funders, Loan Originators, Mortgage Processors (must have VA loan experience), and Mortgage Underwriters (must have VA loan and Fannie Mae experience). I think the length of term varies by position, but there is potential to be hired on permanently.
