According to a Foxnews story, Gates is quoted as saying that he and Obama have decided to not over turn that legislation at the moment. Because, they just have too much on their plate right now...so, they decided to push that down the road until some other time.

Is this the "change you can believe in" that Obama supporters voted for?
Wow...another promise bites the dust.

The media won't even ask and therefore have nothing to tell.
Seriously though, are all the gay dems who voted for Obama going to call him out on the carpet for this? Will people like rachael maddcow from that other network, call Obama a bigot? maddcow belittled and criticized the Bush administration and the Republican party regarding this legislation, so will she go on air and criticize Obama for not overturning it? Prob not - Obama is her guy.
