I don't like how Obama is running the country; particularly with these bailouts. But is it possible that something is being played out behind the scenes that is actually in America's best interest? Could we be in some secret economic war with China that necessitates printing huge amounts of currency? I can't imagine that Obama's administration is so petty and myopic as to be doing this just for Democrat power. They seem scared of something.

The only thing they're scared of is losing power. And yes, he is petty and myopic. The only thing (well, one of the only things) being played out behind the scenes is: The bait and switch. He's not a US citizen. He's trying to get our attention off of that.

I believe both honestly believe that they are doing what is necessary to help, but have been misguided for any of a number of reasons.

Of course, being in his first term, I would suspect Obama also doesn't want to help the US to the point where it would jeopardize his political career.

Very few politicians would sacrifice their careers to stick up for the morals or the people.

During the election I learned about Obama's associations. I chose not to be an alarmist, take the info for what it was and form my opinion to vote (voted for Palin mostly, McCain second, fyi). In no way shpe or form could I see Obama being able to take this country this far this fast. Nor could I see him even wanting to do it. He may have liberal/socialist ideas, but ruin America, I just could not see it.

Liberals, If you are radical, I'm sure you are happy. If you were looking for a change from Bush, tired of Iraq, this was not what you voted for. Like it or not, you got used.

So who wins if we let Obama change America. Obama's way is all about control, not yours, but the government controlling everything. So who wins? I say look for the money, very big money. To play, you will have to pay. Who is/will controlling that?

I am convinced now that there is someone or group, very big and very strong, that wants control of our economy. Obama et al is their front man. Pelosi and Reid are idiots they are taking for a ride. But to acheive their goal, they must destroy America as we know it, especially economically. When you depend on the government for a job instead of business, they win and you lose control. I think he believes what he's doing is going to help the Country. I am hesitant to come out and say it's a concerted effort to destroy America, but with each passing day, it's getting harder not to think otherwise.
