The Lone Star Christian Sports Network (LSCSN.com) is looking for a Director of Advertising. LSCSN.com is the industry leading media outlet covering private school athletics in the state of Texas (two schools in Oklahoma).
We are looking for someone to market our advertising plans for not only our website, but also a variety of other outlets, such as a football preview magazine, webcasts and tournament sponsorships.
We are not a fly by night website. We have been in business for six years now and have expanded from a regional website to state-wide coverage, and we continue to break viewership records every year.
We need someone that is self-motivated and has a vision to help us continue to grow and expand.

Hello Coach!
My name is Dana Dunton, I am a West Texas native, currently living in the New Orleans area, who Is DYING to come back to the promised land of Texas! Very simply put, I can deliver the results you are seeking and then some. I've been in sales my entire life and currently run my own real estate investments firm. With these tough economic times, fewer and fewer investors are purchasing property right now...everyone wants to hold on to what cash and/or credit they have until the dust settles. Because of this change, I am in need of steady income once again.
I recently left a 13 year career selling industrial chemicals for a local company. Of the 13 years I was there, I was in the top 20% of the sales force 10 years in a row, and was the "Pinnacle Performer" several years. I left behind an annual income of $140,000.00 to work for myself. Then the bottom dropped out of our economy.
I can and will deliver for you. No one can out work me. I can stay up all night long if I have to to achieve my goals. I am a christian, and I love the idea of getting back to Texas and working for a christian organization. It's also very important to me and my husband, to get our 10 year old son into Texas schools. Louisiana simply does not have the curriculum or standards that measure up to ours. My husband and I met in Dallas and were quickly relocated with his fortune 500 sales manager employer. He is able to perform his job in any major city in the South. The Dallas area is a perfect fit.
I understand that your position will not begin with a salary that I am used to, but I would like to "throw it out there", that perhaps this position could be structured with a salary and commission/bonus incentive package that I could live with. I love challenges, and I work very hard to achieve my goals.
If you've envisioned the perfect person for this position, look no further. It's me. I can sell ice to Eskimoes, and I have a blast doing it!
I'm an attractive, 40 yr. old blonde who can work circles around most half my age.
If this message is at all interesting to you, you are welcome to call me anytime or e-mail me should you have additional questions.
P.S. My sister has a private tutoring firm in Arlington,(Porter Tutoring), so I can live with her if need be in order to start with you immediately if neccessary.
Thank You very much for your consideration. I look forward to conversing with you!

By way of brief introduction, my name is Stephen Patterson and I am a broad-based, marketing executive with extensive experience in strategy, planning, project management and branding. I have led and managed major assignments for blue chip organizations such as Blockbuster, 7-Eleven, Volvo Trucks, Eclipse Aviation, IBM eBusiness Software University, Home Interiors, 3M Telecom Systems and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
I also have a record of accomplishment of success in highly dynamic, fast moving organizations. For example, I recently completed a short-term contract as interim Vice President of Marketing for a start up company in the professional license protection industry. My team developed the marketing plan, product identity, pricing, collateral, web site design, architecture and management.
Moreover, I developed channel partnerships through professional associations to generate a new revenue stream for my client and the partner association. This resulted in rapid product response for the investment group.
My expertise in converting web analytics and business intelligence tools to real world consumer results are an asset within my skills set. I know how to reach people and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
I would like to relocate back to Texas and I look forward to bringing all my marketing and advertising experience to the table as well as a desire to sell and reap the rewards.
In summary, my significant and relevant work experience, combined with my strong interpersonal style, communication skills and Christian work ethic would bring real and immediate value to your organization. I welcome the opportunity to hear from you in the near future.
Sincerely,
Stephen Patterson
