If ( and a big if) WKU wins, are they not the better mid major program? From a historical standpoint they certainly are, but Gonzaga is the mid major with the recent history. But if Western wins, that is 2 straight sweet 16s. I know most of the country could care less about WKU, but I think they are on the verge of being the next Gonzaga. There game saturday is a lot more interesting than just your second round game, as I think it is also a game that could shift the power from one mid major hot shot to the next mid major hot shot.
