I never watch that trash television -- leno, letterman -- etc.

That conflicts with my Fox News watching time.

But I especially would not watch it when Barry is on there making a mockery of the Presidential office. :naughty: He is shameless.

I'll be happy to boycott Leno. Heck, I haven't watched that guy in over 10 years.

Never watch it anyway. I would not have known Obomba
was appearing if it weren't on the news.

i like leno. but i have not watched his show in years. i like his articles in popular mechanics and other places though. actually i get the impression leno is more conservative or libertarian than liberal. though he really tones it down on his show. his primary job there is a talk show host and comedian. not a pundit and he does not act much like a pundit on his show at least as far as i know. however off the set he has expressed some good opinions. not all of course but a lot.

Isn't it interesting that Barry's publicist -- and the press core i.e. mainstream (driveby) media -- is the only thing working in this administration?

I like Leno. He is usually fairly even handed in his comedy. Seems like a genuinely nice guy.

I bet Letterman is furious Obama picked Leno over him.

I am usually in bed by then anyway. A homeschooling mom needs all the sleep she can get. I don't watch Leno or Letterman. IF I am watching TV that late, I am watching House, The Closer, or Burn Notice that I recorded, but haven't been able to watch with the kids around.

I don't watch Leno..to late for my blood. The issue I am upset over is that this will delay the late night comic hosts from making fun of Obama. I am actually looking forward to that time when it is OKAY for some good comedy to come forth. Heaven knows we are getting plenty of material these days to work. But Obama has been hands off and that is disappointing. I hope sooner than later we can get going with this political satire. We just need someone to break the ice! Something tells me BO won't be too good at laughing at himself.

Seriously, how will they know that I am not watching?

Seems like Jon Stewart would be a better outlet. But then Jon might enjoy making him "squirm".

We need a Rush/Obbie debate with Jon Stewart as moderator.

I don't watch him anyway, I usually watch the repeat of O'Reilly and Sean when he's on.

Just like nobody in here claims to ever watch MSM, yet express outrage and anger at even the most obscure of shows.

The only time I watch the Communist News Network (CNN) is when I'm in another country and it's the only English channel on. Then I turn it on, listen to a few headlines, go throw up and hit the town for some fun. Most of the outrage you hear isn't through first hand experience, it's fed through talk radio and blogs.

Show had three times the normal number of viewers:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29782234/

The president's visit scored an 11.2 rating in metered-market households. That's the highest number since January 2005, when "Tonight" paid tribute to the late Johnny Carson.

Thursday's telecast nearly tripled the show's season-average 3.9 household rating.
