I have over 20 years experience in manufacturing, 15 years in plastics and 15 years in supervision/Management (12 of which have been in maintenance/machine repair). I have developed computerized maintenance systems, training programs for team members and worked successfully with manufacturing at all levels.
I have an extensive knowledge in several types of equipment from large stamping presses to precision computer controlled assembly machines and visions systems as well as robotics. I have implemented several Lean concepts have been trained in the Toyota quality systems basics.
Full understanding of ISO-9000/TS 16949 requirements. TS-16949 Internal audit trained.
