Well, it's official now, I've fallen victim to the downsizing trend. I am eagerly looking for a new & exciting challenge in the Food Service Industry. I am a grad of the CIA & have 25+ yrs experience in Food Service Management. My experience includes: Fine Dining, Full service cafeteria's (including design), Full service catering (on & off premise), & Full service vending (including commisary) & office coffee service. I am very flexible & open to other avenues to explore.
