An American and a Dutchman were discussing the significance of the colors of each country's flag.
The Dutchman explained that the red was for how they felt about paying taxes, the white was how they felt while they were paying them and blue is how they feel afterwards.
The American exclaimed "Hey, same as us, EXCEPT WE SEE STARS!":))
