Production Supervisors are responsible for successful production operations. This includes effectively utilizing available staff to produce quality product on time following prescribed policies and food production procedures. We offer an ever-changing environment of new technology and new processes. All associates must be willing to learn, communicate effectively, and work as a team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a production environment. Must have the ability to work 2nd shift including weekends. Education may be substituted for supervisory experience.
Normal work week is 4 pm to complete with Monday and Friday off. Most associates work 50+ hours per week.
HS/GED required.
BS/BA preferred.
