What do you think the biggest criminal case is that Obama has ever taken?

And ... and ... could it be such a big Case, that a change of employment would be required to be retained as a legal defence?

Could the Case be so big and complex, that the defence was unusual?

(hint)

I'm guessing his representation of ACORN against Citibank.

I was guessing that you folks could give a more clear answer than me - for I was partly relying on you.

But today was the first time that I made a correlation between Obama's speaking ability and legal background in relation to acting as defence for all the chaos and shenanigans that occured in congress and goverment. I suspect his party - but even beyond.

Maybe "legal defence" would not the the perfect phrase, but maybe a "moral defence".

But the legal aspect seems to be right down the borderline on some issues.

Lawyers are retained to defend and handle legal issues. Criminal - contracts - disputes - etc.. I'm beginning to see Obama function in this capacity as President, but to cover for people in political circles who probably deserve consequences.

Obama has a pretty thin resume when it comes to actually PRACTICING law.

At any rate, I don't think criminal law was Obama's forte.

It was constitutional law - hence the desire to mess with your current one.

Actually, I think it was the other way around. He was groomed into an ideology that left him no other avenue than to attack our constitution. Going to law school and studying constitutional law was a means of getting there.

As was pointed out to me by another Harvard alumni, Obama was attending Harvard during the so called deconstructionist movement.

I'm not familiar with it myself but it was explained to me that their creed was to use the US Govt and our Constitution against itself and tie up the courts with nonsense in order to collapse the system upon itself.

He attended Harvard while deconstructionism was the hot intellectual fad so hence he must be a deconstructionist. They taught Greek at Harvard while Obama went there so he must also speak Greek.

Maybe he does, since speaking seems to be the only thing he does well. Why don't you email the White House and ask him?

He does have a fondness for Greek columns.

This fits right in with his ideology patterns. Ayers used bombs, Obama uses stealth deception disguised as humanity. One can choose to ignore it or allow a little light bulb to go off in one's brain.

He decided he'd try that once he was president. This way he doesn't have judges in his way

Maybe you go to Harvard with obstrunctionist views already, or to go with Greek tendancies already.

Not as a LAWYER, at least.

Maybe as a PARTICIPANT.
