Real Estate Development and Management Company seeking a regional compliance officer .
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. In charge of all property managers in various regions and states and make sure reports are submitted timely.
2. Cross reference bank deposits and run audits.
3. Run random audits on branch controllers.
4. Report to Chief Compliance Officer.
5. Requires extensive travel.
Requirements:
J.D. Juris Doctorate Degree but do not need to be a practicing attorney. Need a degree by an ABA approved law school.
Masters Degree in Business Administration is mandatory
No Arrest Records including Traffic Offenses
10 years of compliance, audit, financial surveillance, law enforcement, financial crimes experience.
