It is rather confusing on what the Obama administration are getting at. Redistribution of wealth? I think it is discrimination by having the high achievers pay a higher percentage of tax than the average American. I also think it is discrimination and Jesse Jackson would call it being racist by rewarding the lazy and the underachiever. No jobs? Extend benefits? I have been unemployed before for weeks/months, and am a college grad. I did not care what position I took but new I needed to support my family and put food on the table. I applied everywhere, from restaurants, coffee shops, construction, civil service jobs, mom and pop stores. Bake cookies and sell them in a street corner, detail and wash cars, tend bar, park cars, just go look for a job and ask the potential employer to give you a shot. Why is this administration rewarding lazy people. I have seen and witnessed foreigners, whether Mexicans, Polish, Asians, work menial jobs for minimum wage, both husband and wife, seven days a week so they can put food on the table, educate their kids, and save enough money to put down on a home purchase and save money to send their kids to college. Why is it that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton always cry racism if things do not go right with an African American. There are plenty of intelligent young people in this society and I am sure both of those guys embarrass the sh$t out of them. A citizen can only vote once for a President, correct? So a vote from a person on welfare is equivalent to a self made multi millionaire, correct? Well, why is it that a multi millionaire`s tax rate is much higher than a minimum wage worker? Can someone help me understand? Why is the Obama administration printing money like crazy' money they do not have. If they want to stimulate the economy, why not freeze income taxes for six months or a year. I bet alot of unemployed people will be scrambling looking for work so they can utilize the no tax moratorium. Why give cash to all of these failing banks. Why not give an incentive for the bank to workout a loan and give them incentive for that, like giving the banks a tax break. Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. If you are bailing a potential owner of a foreclosure, do not give them any freebies. Give them a 100 year ammortization schedule and put the delinquent amount on the principal of the loan. Why should the hard working responsible tax payer homeowner be placed with the heavy burden in rescuing his neighbor who lived too large during the hay days. Something is not right. Does Obama and his so called gurus know what the Hell they are doing? I am neither a Republican nor Democrat. I am just me and am a firm believer in that there is nothing for free in this world. I never followed politics until now. This is not a recession but a rapidly accelerating depression. I do not know anything about Obama nor his cabinet. What business experience does Obama have in business? How much is the most he ever made? Does he think money grows on trees? Was he ever broke before and does he know what it is like to be bankrupt? Does he realize how much a trillion is? Am I missing something?
