I didn't realise that here in Tallahassee $7.5 million was being spent to install surveillance cameras in the downtown and in an abandoned part of the city... where crime is nothing compared to where they're throwing another $3 million to repair "counter tops" install "low water pressure toilets" and "redevelop" the ghetto.

That's a lot of money. Then again, I think Louisiana usually recieves almost twice as much money in federal funds compared to what they contribute in taxes.
