It seems President Obama's entertainment spending is just as extravagant as his spending bills.
I wonder how far his budget will take him if he keeps having all those fancy dinner parties at the white house.
Maybe he thinks he can get a bail out if he over spends.
"President Obama currently earns $400,000 per year, along with a $50,000 expense account, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account and $19,000 for entertainment.[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_the_United_States#cite_note-salary_details-7) The most recent raise in salary was approved by Congress and President Bill Clinton (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Clinton) in 1999 and went into effect in 2001; prior to the change, the President earned $200,000, plus expense accounts."

At the rate he's been spending in the first six weeks we can most likely expect a request for a bail out by early summer.
While we all try to figure out how to pay our bills by turning down the thermostat, turning off lights not going on vacations and giving up family night out to economize we can just look at the fun the first family is having and live vicariously.
Mr President, May I suggest beer and pretzels.
It works for the working class who actually have jobs that is.
