So i was banned for posting a link to "filter bypass"? what's this about? What "link" did I post? All I remember posting were youtube links and nothing that would bypass a filter? The post no longer exists so can I ask what the deal is with this? It says I'm banned forever as well, not just a month...

Yes, in the thread "Man arrested in Phila for wearing a McCain Palin shirt" you posting a link to a picture that contained a word that is filtered on this board. There was no comment, no warning, just a link to an inappropriate picture. That is a filter bypass, for which you had received 30 days off to aquaint yourself with the rules.

Then yesterday, for some reason you decided to bypass your 30 day ban, and you created a new account called "theleftisnotright." That's retreading, in order to bypass a ban. That's a permanent ban.

Is there anyway this can be overturned? I didn't know I was banned (on josh3d2004) I figured I would make a new account (theleftisnotright) since this is the name of my youtube. Plus when I was trying to login to the josh3d2004 account it kept saying I couldn't login because my password was "incorrect". So I just did away with it and started a new account. THAT is why I made a new account, I didn't try to "bypass" for being banned, I didn't even know my account for josh3d2004 was banned in the first place. I didn't know there were 'banned words' at all either. I refrane from using those words (look at all my posts on those names if possible) and I would like to see what picture I posted that caused this issue. :confused:

I noticed I was banned on the leftisnotright name though and I was looking through this forum section to see why and ran across this. So there are no second chances? Am I just permanently banned for posting a link to a picture?
