I'm surprised that this Forum doesn't get more activity.

I really enjoy Mark Levin's Show and his passionate opinions and Cut through the BS insights.

It's also a great vent for me to blow off steam since I have to be a little more diplomatic than he does in my life and I enjoy hearing him go off on a tirade speaking the truth and don't get in the way.

Agreed on all points. I'm also in law school and its nice to hear coherent legal points made by a lawyer like him who is not a raging liberal (a small minority).

I love his rants. I love his candor. He's not afraid to tell it like it is.

I am still trying to decide what I think about him. Sometimes he is annoying and other times he seems to be dead on.

I do not understand why they call him "The Great One", he only does two hours a day and I like the education I get from Mike Church much better, and of course, there is always Sean and Rush!!!

What counts is that Mark Levin has around 5 million listeners, but they all don't happen to post here. :)

Mark Levin rocks!

I deliberately leave the office at 6 every day so I can listen to him on the way home. Then I download and burn a CD of his show to listen to on my way to work in the morning.

He makes us laugh, he makes us hope, and he gives us the strength to get through the next four years.

I might like him more if he wasn't factually wrong on at least 50% of what he spouts.

Like for example, his diatribes regarding the British Healthcare system. He has no idea how it works, yet he keeps claiming that it's a single-tier, single-care system that people have to go to other countries to get top-tier care in.

Which is complete out and out horse puckey.

Are you serious? I'm always hearing Brits call talk shows saying how lousy the healthcare is.

The people who like the healthcare are the healthy folks.

Yes, I'm serious. He's factually incorrect about the way the system works.

There's a two tier system. There's public healthcare, and there's private healthcare. Private healthcare is provided by private companies such as BUPA. Everyone has access to public healthcare if they want it - but if you want more opulent private suites and things like that, you can pay for it.
Public healthcare covers everything but cosmetic surgery. Including preventional medicine, and dental care.
People go outside of the UK to India & the US for healthcare? Not really. For cosmetic surgery? Sure. It's cheaper over here. For certain, very specific, as yet not mainstream treatments? Yep. But that's the case anywhere - there are some treatments which are still emerging in every country - some are invented here. Some are invented over there.
All drugs are covered by the public healthcare system.
So yes, he has no idea what he's talking about.

Guess you didn't hear about the "health"care rationing, or people dying because they have to wait for their "health"care.

Even the dentistry. One woman sad she had a horrible toothache, and they "moved her up" so she only had to wait around six months.

"In Great Britain and New Zealand, both socialized-medicine havens, breast cancer kills 46 percent of women it strikes."

I guess you've not heard of people dying because they can't afford health care in the US then either? There are always a few cases like this, regardless of the system. Except the US has more people without care, period.

Weird... you know why? The UK figures are the same as the US ones:

UK Breast Cancer survival rates:
http://www.cancerhelp.org.uk/help/default.asp?page=3317#stage

US Breast Cancer Survival Rates:
http://www.imaginis.com/breasthealth/statistics2.asp#5

Please, try actually doing research for yourself, instead of taking it from propoganda sites - like the "Conservative Underground". Because that ******** they're spewing? It's totally, utterly wrong and does not reflect reality.

Check your facts. Or shut up. Pick one.

New to the entire Hannity forum but I gotta say, Mark aka "FE Levin" is absolutely awesome.

Was with my 16 year old daughter one afternoon driving across town and listening to Mark as usual. He was on one of his rants about libs and had just hung up on one of his lib callers. While I was laughing about it cause I love it when he does that my daughter looks at me and says 'I want to have his children'... **choke**

Just a funny story from one of his listeners. Sorta.. :)

Mark speaks for a lot of us with his straight talk about the socialists and their contempt for our Constitution and the rule of law in this country.

I think all these pundits are over rated and are taking over the media. Yet at the same time, they complain about the liberal media. From my research, I have found that there is no such thing as a liberal media because they are ALL conservative. The only two people we liberals have to contend with this conservative propaganda and they are John Stuart and Stephen Colbert. They used to think they were jokes but now their popularity has grown so much they can no longer fight against it. They tried to make John Stuart a joke again but he ended up handing their asses back to them. What’s sad is that these two SATIRISTS are the only two reliable forms of information on TV anymore. At least they realize they are just celebrities unlike Rush, or Mark. To be honest that's all Mark is and his opinion is as valuable as Paris Hilton's.

When I first started listening to Mark a year or two ago it seemed all I heard him do was screem. But the more I listened the more I realized that the socialist direction this country has landed gives him plenty to screem about.
Just this Friday I heard what Mark had to say about Obama's Special Olympics remarks that the liberal media chooses to ignore, and I thought Mark handled it brilliantly.
I'm glad the conservative message is getting out there--and we can help too.

I saw that and if anyone else had said that, no one would give a crap. I didn't even think about it and took it as a joke. He was making fun of himself as being a bad bowler. I didn't hear what Mark had to say but I read about it on msn or something but it was only there for less than a day. It must have been bumped off by this headline.

3 cops die after shooting; 1 wounded

I guess Obama making a joke is more important to you. There are many things I read on www.msn.com that Marx says they are not reporting. Remember he's just part of the conservative propaganda machine.

Video: Iraq welcomes first Western tourists (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp=29814552)

U.S. may buy banks’ toxic assets (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29817617) | Video (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp=29814548)

All this from MSN. Why don't you read some of it and check out what is "not being reported," sometime.

They're all conservative????
I grew up listening to these people (three major networks - Time magazine etc...) telling me we lost Vietnam, the US is responsible for this and that (global warming, poverty, blah blah blah....)
It just seemed understood that Nixon was all bad, while Clinton's lies were understandable....no they are NOT all conservative....they just pretended they were.

Well I like MSNBC because it’s not as bad as most of the stuff out there. I guess you could say they are middle ground. The first time I heard about reverend Right was on MSNBC then I heard it on the radio the next day. In fact, there are many things that Hannity won’t report himself. To me Hannity has always been a day late and a dollar short on most topics. But I guess that’s why I read MSN.

Agreed. I believe a lot of Americans could use a re-education about the basic ideas and principles of this country and how it was intended to work by our Founding Fathers. It's this lack of understanding that politicians are taking full advantage of when pushing their (now mostly socialist) agendas through at us.

To be honest that's all Mark is and his opinion is as valuable as Paris Hilton's.You need to separate (in your own mind) the difference between Editorial Opinions like Levin and others and actual newscasters who are supposed to bring you all the facts and let you decide what it means, not the selected facts and then tell you what it means.

When people complain about the bais in the media they aren't talking about the comedy network or an OP ED show.

They are talking about the alleged "news" shows.

The only reason Stewart and Cobert come into the argument is that most liberal fidiots DO get thier new from these yodels, and that's Their fault not the TV sets.

Watch what you want but don't embarrass yourself afterwords by getting into an argument with someone who is NOT ignorant.

Now there is a shocking lack of actual newscasters. They are all doing opinion and it's hard to find out what the days news is without doing alot of searching and getting at least 5 different sources.

But, back to your flawed point.

Mr. Levin is not a newscaster nor is Mr. Hannity, or the rest you mentioned, and they have never claimed to be so.

As far as your insight into the acuracy of the Satirists you must be joking. Nopt only do they skew the news but they aren't even funny unless you are the kind of person that enjoys it when people are mean to each other which is what most of Stewarts show is.

Making fun of politicians is an old skill that he just hasn't mastered yet. I'm capable of laughing at any good comedy regardless of the skew. I haven't seen anything there but snide.
